Overall, a very nice addition to the pump room of our pool -- its primary function is to store chemicals off the ground (while it seems to take great joy in performing its secondary function, which is to bean the noggins of unsuspecting pool service technicians who stand up from beneath it without looking up for clearance). The hardware is solid, and the storage system is well constructed (and takes a beating well). The powder-coat finish is without flaw. The installation directions are very well articulated, and it's nice that in the assembly hardware, HyLoft includes a bag labeled "extra parts." The actual installation was not as smooth as I had hoped -- mostly due to the necessity of having the down-arms at perfect right angles to each other (keep your T-square handy). If you sucker another person into helping you install this thing, it might be better to forgo the directions and just assemble the unit, raise it to the joists, and mark the drill holes. Once installed, adjustment up or down to the ceiling joists is problem-free. One note, however, is that the unit sways slightly during loading/unloading if you install the storage system away from the wall. This is not a flaw of the unit, but without having diagonal cross supports in the design you pretty much end up with a rigid swing. Four stars because while it does everything I'd hoped it would, installation is more involved and exacting than anticipated, and the slight sway in the finished product makes me wonder about its long-term durability.
