When I was searching for an overhead garage storage system I chose the "Strong Rack" overhead unit because it offered 750 lbs of support and it was the least expensive compared to other units. First my item was not shipped for several weeks (I was told they were on back order) and then when I received my unit I noticed that it was not as it was pictured on the web page. It also only supported 600 lbs, not 750 lbs as it was suppose to. I went ahead and installed my new storage unit and so far I think I will be pleased with it however, it was NOT the item that I orderd. The unit I received is constructed quite a bit different than the one pictured on the web site. My support racks "sit" on top of the framing where the one in the picture has more of a trough so that the racks cannot be pushed up and out of the framing. My support beams on the sides are also located directly in the corners and not further into the framing as portrayed in the picture. Basically it is a completely different unit than what I thought I was getting. If it wasn't for the great price I paid for the unit I would have returned it because it was NOT what I thought I was receiving.
